Effortless Web provides web design, web development, search engine optimisation (SEO), and ongoing digital support services to small and medium businesses in Australia.

All project work is governed by a separate proposal or service agreement issued prior to commencement. These Terms apply in addition to, and do not replace, any such agreement.

All content on the Effortless Web website — including text, images, design, and code — is owned by or licensed to Effortless Web and is protected by Australian intellectual property laws.

For client projects, copyright in the final delivered work transfers to the client upon receipt of full payment, as outlined in the relevant project agreement. Until that point, Effortless Web retains all rights to the work.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, or repurpose any Effortless Web website content without prior written permission.

Quotes and proposals are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

Project work commences upon receipt of a signed agreement and any required deposit. We require written client approval before publishing changes to live websites.

Ongoing support and maintenance services are billed at the agreed rate specified in your service agreement. Invoices are due within 14 days of issue unless otherwise agreed.

You may use the Effortless Web website for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, introduce malicious code, or use our website in any way that disrupts its operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Effortless Web's liability for any claim arising out of our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific service to which the claim relates.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of our website or services, including loss of business, loss of data, or loss of profits.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page with the date of last update noted. Continued use of our website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
